- Deadline visibility and status logic
- Email reminders
- Portfolio dashboards
- Compliance PDF and CSV reports
- Communication logs and internal notes
- Document Vault (secure document storage)
- Evidence tracking
- Client read-only portal access
- White-label reporting features
- Workflow automation tools
Obligo is a software tool only.
2. No Legal or Professional Advice
Obligo does not provide legal, tax, regulatory, accounting, or professional advisory services.
All templates, guidance, reminders, automation logic, reports, and compliance suggestions are informational tools.
You remain fully responsible for:
- Regulatory compliance
- Filing submissions
- Making required payments
- Meeting deadlines
- Accuracy of entered data
Use of the Service does not guarantee compliance or prevent penalties.
3. Eligibility & Authority
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to act on behalf of your organization
- Provide accurate and complete account information
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
4. Subscription Plans
Obligo offers tiered subscription plans (including but not limited to Basic, Grow, Advanced, and Plus).
Each plan may define limits on:
- Number of internal users
- Number of managed client entities
- Feature access
- Branding capabilities
- Automation tools
- Support levels
You may upgrade or downgrade plans in accordance with billing policies.
Plan features and pricing are published on the Obligo website and may be updated from time to time.
5. Fees & Billing
Subscriptions may be billed:
- Monthly
- Annually (with applicable discounts)
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.
Additional fees may apply for:
- Additional users
- Additional managed clients
- Add-on features
- Enterprise customizations
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Free Trials
Obligo may offer trial access.
Trial accounts:
- May have limited features
- May convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
- May be restricted or terminated at our discretion
7. Account & Access Management
You are responsible for:
- Managing internal user access
- Protecting login credentials
- Ensuring proper client data handling
Trinovix is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from credential misuse.
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including:
- Company information
- Obligation records
- Uploaded documents
- Notes and communications
You grant Trinovix a limited license to process such data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We do not sell user data.
9. Document Vault & Evidence Storage
Document storage features are provided for convenience.
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring documents are accurate and lawful
- Maintaining backups where required
- Determining retention requirements under applicable laws
Trinovix does not guarantee long-term archival compliance beyond active subscription periods.
10. Client Portal & White-Label Features
Where enabled, you may:
- Provide read-only access to clients
- Generate branded reports
You are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of information presented
- Representations made to clients
- Compliance claims communicated via reports
Trinovix is not liable for disputes between you and your clients.
11. Automation Features
Automation tools operate based on system logic and user-defined configurations.
You acknowledge that:
- Automation requires human oversight
- Incorrect configuration may produce inaccurate results
- You remain responsible for reviewing outputs
12. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with system operations
- Upload malicious content
- Reverse engineer the platform
Trinovix may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
13. Security
Trinovix implements reasonable technical and organizational security safeguards.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
You must notify us promptly of any suspected security incidents.
14. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may:
- Perform maintenance
- Modify or improve features
- Update system components
15. Termination & Data Retention
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Upon termination:
- Access may be disabled
- Data may be retained for a limited period
- Export options may be available depending on plan
We may delete inactive or unpaid accounts after reasonable notice.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Trinovix shall not be liable for:
- Missed deadlines
- Regulatory fines or penalties
- Business losses
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trinovix from claims arising from:
- Your misuse of the Service
- Your client relationships
- Regulatory non-compliance
- Data entered into the platform
18. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, design, and proprietary systems related to Obligo remain the property of Trinovix W.L.L.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription.
19. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bahrain unless otherwise required by applicable law.
